Find Brento’s Pie — Terms & Conditions

The short version: free to play, one entry per person per week with four free digs, vouchers are Bins R Done skip-hire credit, valid 30 days, one voucher per hire and a $30 maximum of credit per hire.

1. Who can play

  • Find Brento's Pie is a free-to-play promotional game run by Bins R Done.
  • Players must be 18 years or older and a resident of Australia.
  • Bins R Done staff, contractors and their immediate families may play but are not eligible to claim prizes.

2. Entry and digs

  • No purchase is necessary. Entry is free.
  • Each player gets one free dig followed by three more free digs for that same round. Sharing is voluntary: sharing, cancelling or playing on without sharing gives identical digs and prize rights.
  • One entry per person per week. Returning devices and saved contact details are checked before play; duplicate claims do not earn new prizes. A verified private receipt retry returns the original saved codes.
  • Completing the five-character Site Crew earns two extra digs independently of sharing. Tokens carry over between weeks within the season.
  • Prize positions on the site map are set before the round opens. Every lot is either a voucher, a no-prize lot, or the hidden Brento's Pie lot.

3. Vouchers

  • Vouchers are credit toward Bins R Done skip hire only. They are not cash, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be sold.
  • A voucher is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued. Expired vouchers cannot be reinstated.
  • One voucher may be used per skip hire, to a maximum of $30 of credit per hire.
  • Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers unless we say otherwise in writing.
  • Vouchers may be passed on to family or friends, but the one-voucher-per-hire limit still applies.
  • A voucher code is single use. Once redeemed against a hire it is closed.

4. The pie jackpot

  • One lot on each site hides Brento's Pie. The player who digs it wins the jackpot prize showing at the time of the dig.
  • If the pie is not found before a round closes, the jackpot rolls over and grows in the following round.
  • Jackpot prizes are gift cards from third-party retailers. Those retailers are not sponsors of this game and their own terms apply to the cards.
  • Brenton personally buys and sends pie-winner gift cards through Prezzie. Gift cards are separate from skip-voucher credit; this receipt is not a delivery confirmation.

5. Rounds and site changes

  • A new site map and a fresh prize mix are loaded each week.
  • When a site is substantially dug out, the next site for that week opens automatically. The number of sites released in a week is set by Bins R Done and may increase or decrease from week to week depending on demand.
  • A map reaching its 60% admission limit stops new arrivals, not admitted players. Anyone admitted keeps the same map until all earned digs and their ending are complete, even if the map goes past 60%.
  • Bins R Done may change the number of sites, the number of lots, the prize mix or the round timing at any time.

6. Claiming a prize

  • To claim, a player supplies their name, mobile number and email address at the end of their digs.
  • Voucher codes are shown on screen and an email is attempted to the address supplied. Check the receipt's email status; email failure does not remove an issued voucher. It is the player's responsibility to enter a working email address.
  • Bins R Done may ask for reasonable proof of identity before honouring a claim.
  • Prizes are void where entries are fraudulent, automated, duplicated across multiple identities, or otherwise abuse the game.

7. Your details and privacy

  • We collect your name, mobile number and email address to issue and verify your voucher.
  • By claiming, you agree Bins R Done may contact you about skip hire and future games. You can ask to be removed at any time.
  • We do not sell your details to third parties.

8. General

  • This game is a promotion by Bins R Done and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, Meta or any retailer named in a prize.
  • Bins R Done is not responsible for technical faults, lost entries or network issues outside our control.
  • Bins R Done may amend these terms or end the game at any time. Vouchers already issued remain valid for their 30 day period.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia.
